For over two decades, I’ve built my career in real estate lending—combining sharp financial acumen with a deep understanding of home value, contracts, and investment strategy.

Since 2004, I’ve worked across both public and private sectors of real estate finance. My experience includes working alongside brokers, bankers, and wholesale lenders, as well as helping establish a private hedge fund that lends capital through large-scale warehousing lines and private equity. In this role, I’ve helped structure and manage complex lending operations, always with a focus on risk mitigation, transparency, and performance.

I’ve spent years in underwriting, reviewing thousands of contracts, appraisals, and loan files. This hands-on work has sharpened my expertise in evaluating home value, navigating compliance, and understanding what drives smart investment decisions.

Today, I manage a private real estate portfolio valued at over $100 million. My approach is disciplined, data-driven, and rooted in long-term value—not short-term gains.
