A well-maintained budget is essential to the sustainability and growth of Lotus, ensuring we can fully support key services and projects without having to shift funds or postpone necessities—a challenge we’ve unfortunately faced in the past.
Through a proactive approach to planning and oversight, we can ensure Lotus operates smoothly and effectively. I will work collaboratively with fellow board members, the management company, and residents to develop strategies that manage our financial resources wisely and transparently.
This includes contract oversight, vendor management, and establishing clear performance metrics to evaluate service providers. Open communication and regular feedback from the community will help ensure that our contracts align with shared goals and deliver maximum value.
I will also advocate for thorough due diligence in vendor selection and continuous evaluations to guarantee we’re receiving high-quality services at competitive rates—ultimately strengthening both the livability and long-term stability of our community.
